CÔTES D’ARMOR – Dairy farm producing 1,330,000 litres on 146 hectares

Located in the Côtes d’Armor, in the heart of the Pays du Petit Trégor, this high-performing, functional and well-maintained farm offers a combination of land and buildings that is rare on the market. It comprises 146.5 hectares of UAA, including a block of approximately 30 hectares directly accessible from the farm buildings, ideal for optimising grazing and crop production.

The single-storey milking parlour, with 2 × 10 quick-exit stalls, can be upgraded to 2 × 16 stalls; it features automatic detachment, milk flow meters, a moving floor, and automated cow return via two sorting gates. This barn is fitted with bird netting and automatic curtains. The gables are clad in sheet metal with secure electric gates. Other farm buildings: a feed storage shed, a new equipment shed covered by a photovoltaic installation with an installed capacity of 99.9 kWp providing a secure additional income, a building of approximately 3,600 m² housing heifers, feed and equipment, and a piggery with 740 places for fattening pigs (TAF).
