CÔTES D’ARMOR. Milk 1.5 million litres in a dynamic sector

Quatuor Transactions has an exclusive offer for this dairy farm located in a very dynamic area in the north of the Côtes-d’Armor region, close to a town of 16,000 inhabitants and less than half an hour from the beaches. Producing around 1,500,000 litres of milk a year, the farm has functional buildings, the latest phase of which was built in 2015/2016. The dairy barn has 190 straw-bedded cubicles and has been designed to allow for expansion. A project to integrate milking robots is also possible. The 120 hectares available are a major asset in this sector for ensuring this level of milk production. Nearly 35 hectares are directly accessible from the barns, and 15 hectares are in the immediate vicinity. There is a house on the farm, with outbuildings, all in need of renovation (not subject to ECD: no heating).
