QUATUOR offers you the opportunity to take over a unique business with proven potential. The farm, which covers almost 240 ha of UAA, uses irrigation to produce a large proportion of its livestock feed. The cereal storage buildings are designed to produce the feed distributed to the cattle. Historically, the farm was a beef fattening site, with an annual production of almost 800 head, which are sold directly to traditional butchers. All the equipment is still in place (shutdown in 2024) and operational. The takeover concerns the entire farm, including the various fattening and sorting buildings, the storage buildings (cereals, hay, straw and equipment), the equipment required for farming and the land base. The land around the farmhouse, comprising more than 65 hectares of UAA, almost two-thirds of which is under pivots, and a further 100 hectares of UAA are included in the sale, while the remainder will be leased. In addition to this activity, a 360kw cogeneration methanisation unit creates additional added value.
